Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to professional application analytics engagements with AI Future Services Hub for AI service adoption insights. It does not cover physical products, software subscriptions, or online checkout purchases — we do not sell those on this website.

Eligibility

Refunds apply only to fees paid under a signed proposal or statement of work. Informational prices on the website are not invoices and create no payment obligation by themselves.

Timeframe

Refund requests must be sent in writing to hello@aifutureserviceshub.digital within 14 days of the event giving rise to the request (for example, cancellation before kickoff or a documented delivery failure).

Full refunds

A full refund of prepaid fees is available when you cancel in writing before the agreed kickoff date and before we have begun discovery, data collection, or workshop preparation.

Partial refunds

If work has started, we may issue a partial refund equal to prepaid fees minus fees for completed stages (for example, discovery completed, draft brief delivered). Stage values are listed in the proposal.

Non-refundable items

• Completed workshops and live readout sessions once delivered.
• Completed usage reviews, readiness scorecards, or insight briefs once delivered.
• Third-party costs expressly approved by you in writing (for example, venue hire for an on-site workshop).
• Deposits marked as non-refundable in the proposal after kickoff.

Cancellation

Either party may cancel an engagement in writing. If you cancel after kickoff, fees for work already performed remain due. If we cancel for reasons other than your material breach, prepaid unused fees are refunded.

Rescheduling

Workshops and readout meetings may be rescheduled once at no charge with at least five business days’ notice. Shorter notice may incur a rescheduling fee stated in the proposal.

Deposits

Some engagements require a deposit to reserve dates. Deposits are applied to the final invoice. Refund of deposits follows the full or partial rules above.

No-shows

If your attendees do not join a scheduled workshop or readout without timely notice, that session is treated as delivered and is non-refundable.

Work already started

Time spent on data preparation, interviews, analysis, and draft deliverables is billable. Refunds cannot erase fees for work already performed.

Purchased materials

If a proposal includes materials purchased specifically for your engagement with your approval, those costs are non-refundable once ordered.

Refund process and timing

Email hello@aifutureserviceshub.digital with your proposal reference and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 14 business days where the payment provider allows.

Exceptions

If a proposal states different refund terms for a specific engagement, that proposal controls. Statutory rights under Hong Kong law that cannot be waived remain available.
