These Terms of Service govern access to aifutureserviceshub.digital and professional engagements with AI Future Services Hub (“we”, “us”), based at Ho's Bldg, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong.

Services described on this site

Content on this website describes application analytics services for AI service adoption insights. Descriptions and prices are informational. A binding engagement exists only after both parties accept a written proposal or statement of work.

No online checkout

This site does not process payments or provide a checkout flow. Invoices and payment terms are set in the proposal for each engagement.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, submit unlawful content through forms, or scrape content in a way that impairs service for others.

Intellectual property

Website copy, layout, and branding remain our property. Deliverables created under an engagement are licensed or assigned as stated in the applicable proposal.

Confidentiality

We treat client data shared for analytics work as confidential and use it only to deliver the agreed engagement, unless disclosure is required by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Liability for paid engagements is limited as set out in the governing proposal.
